Got 9 for my plus set....the 10th rep was going up but I just felt like my arms were going to fall off...I will get 10 next week....I'm going to blame that missed rep on all the burpees I did....I pushed hard and have a booty cramp to prove it! The weight felt good, I just felt like my arms got tired....moving up!
