So I forgot I was using a guy bar and I did 102.5 instead of 92.5.... I will go back down to 95 next week to continue progressing properly....but on the plus side this is the most I have ever shoulder pressed for 10 reps!!! The most I have ever done before was 100 for 7 reps.....sooo excited and the weight felt good too! The weight was flying until about rep 8 and then I had to fight for the last one! Did this after a split jerk EMOM and Jeremy!!! So happy! Guess I'm getting stronger! #gainz
