Ok I missed lifting Monday due to mother nature. She decided to know the power, heat out at the same time to the gym. So I had to lift Tuesday throwing my whole week off by a day no biggie...so its back squat TUESDAY instead. New 3x5 P.R again...I think the mobility work and changing my stance, working on keeping torque really helped.
