This was a BIG BIG BIG day..I set up and did my warm up sets 5 of them to be exact. I had a 3 rep for my last warm up at 250 unbelted and regular CF shoes. I knew right there it was going to be a good day. I hit my first set of 280 easy like maybe only one rep was a struggle. Then set two reps 4 and 5 required a little extra work. Last set it was mine for the taking. Rep 4 was shit, but all other reps pretty good if you ask me...!! I made it a TRUE 3x5 PR!!!
