Man its starting to get heavy...the 1st set was TOTALLY work...2nd set was better. I thought the last set was garbage until I watched it on video..I talked myself out of quitting or giving up...push through AND GRIND. It wasn't too slow either. I got to keep riding this strength wave until Jamaica...get huge..!!
