Notes

Ok so took a week off of squatting and that seemed to help my lower back problem, I need to work on keeping my chest up and my back straight and not compressing at the bottom. I know as the weight gets heavier it will be harder to do. So back on my twice a week squatting program..lets hope we can get past 250 this time. Felt very weak and slow today after not squatting for a full week.
