Ok so today was the big day. I decided to go for broke since Monday I bitched out on my squat. I also seemed to tweek my hamstring. SO I warmed up and stretched, but never felt 100%. I put myself in my dark place and just said "Shut up and Squat" so I did all 3 round, on the last round I bitched out on rep 5, I was tired, am hamstring was killing me, I felt like I got snipped in the back. My back felt like someone was driving a nail into it!! So I racked it at 4 reps on set three....probably time for a week of rest and a deload..and try again in a week and see what happens.
