I did my three sets after a quick 5-10 min warm up and some mobility. I just wanted to squat and get it done. I was at work never the perfect environment for squatting. I was happy the speed was pretty good on my squats for first two sets. Knees valgus fault on set one, fixed it on set two and really worked on it for third set. Overall a good set.
