This was the strength portion of our WOD, before the WOD we did 3x5 Back Squat, same weight for all three sets. I picked 225 little heavy. First two set I did unbroken. The last set I was worried I was having bad form and was tired so did 3 then racked and took a 15 sec breather, then finished off the last 2. Overall proud of my 3x5 total
