This was a PR for me...I hit a 3 set 5 rep max...it was hard, it was heavy but I stuck with it and powered through. I went 4 reps on first set I bitched out and then last two sets I came back with a vengeance. I want to keep climbing..I have been watching video...and today was really first time I noticed my kneed crashing in more than usual..so time to push and work form until I can't lift no more...#JamaicaJacked
