Ok so building back up...Monday I have a decision to make stay on the Amateur progression and build up to 285 again...or on Monday do a 5x5 and I think its time to pyramid up in weight....with my heaviest set of 5 at the end....? This one felt ok, not as bad as Monday, but I wore Oly Shoes and Belt this time...plus better sleep, eating, and not at work...always lift better away from the station.
