Really working on FORM, keeping my abs locked, my back flat, changed my eye position, and staying under tension while under the bar. I also changed how I think about squatting, not about standing up its about opening with the hips first..thinking of your hips being connected to a rope and being pulled up versus trying to stand up. A few of the many things I learned and read...always improving my squat.
