Ok so Monday was a New 3x5 P.R. I haven't done 250 for 3 sets before my best was 250 x2 sets. So forgot to mention that with my last log. Today was tough one did this lift at the station and had to really get in the zone and push myself..but I did it. I made all three sets and form was good!!
