Ok so I made my 5RM..my first set was my PR new 5 rep max. Second set I got 5..but it was 4 with a re rack came right back and did a single for 5 total reps. Last set I did three, racked took like 30 seconds and finished off with my two final reps. So was it a true 3x5 no..but I did all 15 reps. Last it was heavy, and it was a total mental grind. I really talked myself out of the last few reps...I need to buckle down and shut up and squat!!@
