reverse warm up - AS/Abmat/Push/Pull purple 10/16/16/7, 10/16/16/7b, 10/16/16b/7b. WOD Push Press 6 min EMOM, felt a bit of tightness in left shoulder at round 4, but not painful after EMOM left knee was a bit achy after, did AS for first time in 2 weeks in warm-up. Will go back to Good Mornings on Thurs
