warm-up reverse AS/SU/Push/Pull 13/10/13/7 round 2 & 3 13/10/13b/6. used 2 purple bands & switched to ab mat due to tightness in front of both shoulders. left is still sore front & back so used 2 purple bands. energy felt much better than last week.
