This felt so good! I think I'm getting stronger! My upper body stuff is feeling great! I think I'm back down to the bodyweight I was at around regionals....but I think I have lost more fat and put on more muscle since then....I'm going to hopefully get another weigh-in done after the zone challenge....keeping myself focused and dialed in! Time to get lighter, stronger and faster!
