Valerie can confirm, I had every excuse not to come today. 5th day in a row, terrible eating all week, super tired... but came in anyway. First time UNBROKEN. Rested a bit more than I needed to but wasn't sure what to expect. Can definitely cut some rest down next time. 9s were easy. Lifetime PR of 8 seconds from almost 2 years ago.
