Happy with the PR but really frustrated at my stomach issues... not sure what it was other than having more veggies than usual today. Cramping really bad and couldn't stand up. Other than that everything felt great - almost got pull-ups unbroken, 8-7 second round though. Definitely closer to 4 or sub 4 next time. It's kind of freaky to think I'm approaching sub 4 - 6 months ago I never thought I'd be there.
