Notes

12 seconds slower than my PR, but 27 seconds faster than 3 months ago... wore an ankle brace. Trying to keep the pressure off my ankle meant less hip pop and more pressing, made pull-ups harder.... thrusters were 11/10, 5/5/5, 5/3/1 (why?!)... pull-ups 7/4/3/3/2/2, 3/3/3/2/2/2, 3/2/2/2
