Notes

5 days out of the box did me dirrrrty! LOL... Missed my PR by 2 seconds (6 months ago), but was 29 seconds faster than when I did this 3 months ago. Did bigger sets of thrusters this time: 11/10, 5/5/5, 5/4 (usually do 7's, 5's, 3's). Next time need to do 8/7 for the 15. Pull-ups were bigger sets, too. Got on the bar for last 9 pull-ups at 6:38 and got 3, then just couldn't hold on anymore. Got 2, then painful 1's. Forearms felt like they were going to explode.
