Notes

Just a little PR, 2:27! Legs were sore already and stomach was hurting, but this was the best I've felt on Fran. Goal was to finally get sub-9 (prior best was 9:38). Thrusters 7/7/7, 5/5/5, 3/3/3. Pull-ups were whatever I could get 1st/3rd round, did 3's for 2nd round.
