Was bummed to see this on a Friday (at the PD, all by myself. No trainer to yell at me.) Made my goal to do as many butterfly pull-ups as possible, did all but 2! ... and a 35 second all-time PR :) Bigger sets on both. Thrusters 11/10, 8/5/2, 5/4. Pull-ups 11/4/3/3, 5/4/3/3, 4/2/2/1... Had J.lo to cheer me through for the last half, which helped.
