Horrible! This was a mental FAIL. Did this alone at work. Planned on it, but then "didn't feel like it" and psyched myself out... dragged my feet to start the clock. Did better on thrusters (7-7-7, 5-5-5, 4-5), but pull-ups killed me. Did 5 to start, then 2-3's the rest of the WOD. Took way too long to get back on the bar after dropping off. Thought for sure I would have PR'd, but set myself up.
