bar - 60 - 100 - 115 - 115 - 115 - 115 - 100. First set on 115 was tough, then concentrate4d harder and did okay. Feels like a great position on the first pull, then subsequent pulls I don't get the hips down as far. Minimal rounding so I think this is a good weight for 5s to stay at until I can get through the whole set feeling like every rep was a good one.
