OPT Style: 31X1. Deadlift doesn't seem to improve. 3 minutes rest between 4 working sets. Should I try a few sessions on 60kg for form? Maybe do deads after squats with the same weight so strengthen the upper back muscles. Punctuated by sets of 10 supine ring rows. We did handstand practice afterwards.
