bar - 60 - 80 - 100 - 105 - 100 - 100 - 100 - 80 - 60. Instruction was 4-6 reps 20X1 with perfect form. Concentrating on perfect form with sub maximal weights. Tried 105 but found it difficult to combine firing hamstrings, engage lats, hips back, use the spinal erectors, push hips forward and breathing in my head at once. Need to keep all of those in check as the weight rises, and if not go back down in weight until I'm thinking straight. Tried clean deadlift at first, but knee hurt so went back towards Romanian style with back angle starting below 45 degrees.
