Tempo@31X1. 60, 100, 4 sets working at 114kg. The weight feels fine during the slow lowering phase and I can push out my bum, keep shins straight and arch my back. In the pick-up though I'm still not happy. I can't keep my back straight neatly like I can putting the weight down. Still feels like I'm humping it up. Did a few singles after at 100kg to practice the up form.
