Need to work on holding the shoulders high while dropping the bum after the bar passes the knees. When the weight is heavy the shoulders get tired and the scapulas come apart letting the bar drop from the shoulders rounding the back. Need to build those muscles with a smaller weight. Too much to work on with this lift man.
