Notes

WOD on the wall was 3x5 deadlift. Did it by myself in the 630 - 730 slot. bar - 40x10 - 60x10 - 80x5 - 80x5(with head in line with body) - 90x5 - 100x5 - 105x5(good form) - 110x5(bad form) - 105x5 - 100x5 - 80x10 - 60x10 - 40x10. The reason I did a lot more practice is because on the first set of 105kg I felt like I deadlifted with correct form for the first time. My head was in line with my body, and I could feel all the muscles up my posterior chain being engaged. The lift felt easier because all muscles were being used. Usually it's a groaning strain on my back, this time it was a hard tensing of the muscles. After that I lost it and couldn't get it back. I think this is the key to increasing weights. If I can get this technique every time then gains will be easier to measure.
