soooo happy with this! I knew this wod was coming! I told myself that the round of 15 was the workout because last time that's where I died and I had to break it up a lot...this time was much better! pull ups were 16,5/7,5,3/4,3,2....thrusters were unbroken but I need to do those faster...I've always done those slower to not tire out my shoulders but my pull ups feel so much better now that I think that's not as much of a concern anymore....yay for gainz! getting closer to that sub 3:00!!!
