Sooo excited! The goal was sub 4:00 and thanks to Shelley, I made it!!! Thrusters unbroken... Pull ups are better...can't wait to keep getting better...round of 15 was the hardest! My reps were 15,6/2,5,4,3,1/5,2,2 gotta get that round of 15 together! So happy though! Gotta keep making gainz and work my way towards a sub 3:00!!
