Very happy with this! This is my second time doing Fran with butterfly pull ups the whole way through and I went much faster this time! thrusters unbroken...went slower on the thrusters to try to go for bigger sets on my pull ups...the first round of 21 felt great! Opened up with a big set....the plan was to just hold on for as long as I could...the round of 15 is where I kinda lost it and got frustrated with myself for not being able to hang on longer....set of 9 went pretty quickly...shooting for bigger sets on the pull ups tired out my shoulders...but I was still able to do the thrusters unbroken...I know that as I continue to get better at my pull ups, I'll get even faster on this wod...the weight felt like nothing....but my shoulders got tired from the pull ups....but I just got stronger and better today...very happy!
