Yay!!! Small PR but I'll take it! Still chasing that sub 3:00 time...but I'm getting closer! Thrusters felt better than they've ever felt before! The goal was to do unbroken thrusters and do my pull ups in no more than 2 sets....I was able to do that for the set of 21 and 15 but couldn't hang on for the set of 9 but that's ok...I went for it! I also opened up with bigger sets on my pull ups the first two rounds...gainz! Thrusters unbroken pull ups were 18,3/8,7/4,2,2,1 gotta get that round of 9 together! Happy with this! Jerry said that every time he counts for me, I PR so I better not mess it up today haha got it done!
