Notes

So first let me say I did NOT want to do this today and I had actually planned on doing it tomorrow since today is usually my day to do only 1 class instead of 2....but I am so glad I did it! Not only because I PR'd but because I was able to do 7 pull ups in a row!!! I've never done that before! I finished my first round of 21 faster than I thought and that was the major concern for me....just getting through that set of 21 pull ups. Last time I went unbroken on thrusters but Jeremy told me to break up the first set of 21 to save my arms for pull ups and I think that really helped....thanks to Susy and Jeremy for keeping me on track with my pull ups and I have to admit that I love that Andrew always gives me a goal to shoot for and I never think I'm going to achieve that goal and I do! Very happy with this!
