Notes

No PR today...but a lot of good things happened during this wod...I went faster on my thrusters and I did butterfly pull ups the whole time...thrusters were great and unbroken... I am much better about staying in my heels...no lifters! pull ups were good, but I took too long of a break in between sets...next time I'm getting sub 4! Day 2 of AIP! Felt good during the workout and didn't feel as trashed as I normally do after Fran....getting better!
