Finally a sub 5:00 Fran!!! I wanted this sooo bad! I was inspired by my girls Jackie, Tracy and Drea who all PR'd... I was a bit worried because I did my muscle up work, lifting and then Fran but everything went well...thrusters were unbroken and pull ups were 7/7/7, 5/5/4/1, then 4/2/1/1/1 I took short breaks on the pull ups which made my shoulders feel a bit tired on the thrusters but I was able to do them! My pull ups felt so great! Getting better! Trusting the process and enjoying the journey!!
