So weak at pressing, boo... only benched once last week, got 85# for 5RM. Couldn't do 85# today, even 80# was a struggle... warmed up with 45(5), 55(5), 65(3), 75(2) ** Followed with accessory work: 3 rounds DB side bend (20 on each side), and 3 rounds 10 static T2B (no kip)
