0430, solo at the PD. Had to make up yesterday. Can't WOD on my work Wednesdays anymore w/new schedule... Hit my 5RM last week. Thought about only going up by 2.5 lbs instead of 5 since I didn't have a spotter, but forced myself to try 90 anyway. Only got 4, 3, and 4... last round felt the best. RT shoulder still weaker. Try same weight again next week.
