Week 4, up 5 lbs... 85# was my 5RM 5 weeks ago, got it for all 3 sets of 5 today :) Wasn't really confident going in due to RT shoulder, but came to Ontario and had time for Crossover Sym + mobility beforehand. Really helped warm up the shoulder. 1st set was really hard, 2nd and 3rd sets felt much better. Need to explode off the chest... Warm-up: 35, 55, 65, 75
