This is 5-lbs above my last 5RM. Did same weight as last week since I only got 4-3-4... My 1RM is only 100. I can't believe I got all 15 reps today at 90% :) Had to really dig into my heels for reps 3-5 on the last 2 sets. Solo at the PD, no spotter... warm-up was 35, 60, 70, 80
