week 3, up 5 lbs... warm-up: 35, 50, 60, 70... 80 felt heavy. RT shoulder was really bugging me today, felt weak and achy. I think not having a spotter really helped me fight. Didn't want to get squished, haha :) Solo at the PD, 0445 hrs.
