Solo at the PD, no spotter. Only went up 2.5 lbs... This is 92.5% of my 1RM and 109% of my 5RM. Was only able to get 3-4-4... RT shoulder still janky, could feel my RT arm pressing so much slower than the LT. Made up the missed reps after with another set of 4, but didn't log them into this total... This is the same amount of reps I got 2 weeks ago for 90, then successfully got them all the following week, so I'm optimistic for next week :) warm-up: 35, 65, 75, 85
