ONE MINUTE PR OMG!!!! This felt amazing. thrusters were really smooth, didn't feel fatigued from them at all. did sets of 5's on my pull ups on 21, then some in my 15's then went to 3's and 2's. i jumped right on the bar whenever i'd stop my pull ups. never been that efficient at my pull ups before. AHHHH i want to scream!!! Even with being sore from Battle of the Boxes.
