31 second PR (did this January, got 7:01). Whaaat! Thrusters were 11-10,8-7,9. pull ups were all over the place and 5-3 reps. had a sinus migraine all day and felt super out of it so I'm STOKED for this PR! Just means I'll go a lot faster next time ;)
