Of course it's Fran when I have to workout at 8am!! Did 45# thruster because I didn't want to take 30 minutes or aggravate my knee. First time doing thrusters in a long time. I have definitely lost a lot of strength in my legs, but at least I'm starting to get it back! Pull ups were all butterfly. Chest was heavy and nose was running, didn't have much gas in me today. Next time we do Fran I'm doing it Rx'd!
