super tired today, fighting off a migraine all day. did butterfly the whole time. ripped on last pull ups in round 15...really slowed down on the last round of pull ups because of rip. little PR, but I'll take it considering. thrusters were really heavy today, butterfly pull ups really tired out my shoulders!
