embarrassing in more ways than one. was doing really well until the end of the set of 15 pull ups, then completely died on the 9 thrusters. back was hurting really bad. was on a pace to finish in 5 mins or so, but took forever on my round of 9's. oh well, i felt horrible all day, back was already sore, and neck was hurting...what did i expect?
