Soooo my quads hate me and want me to quit! Had to use the strength class motto....fake it til you make it! Thankfully I made it! Did some quad stretches afterwards and Chris Nicholson showed me how to hit the hip flexor with the quad stretch... so hopefully my quads will forgive me....did this after the WOD!
