Trying to speed up on the round of 10...knees felt tired...I quad stretched and did my calf/ankle stretch but right around the knee area is still sore...did the voodoo floss bands afterwards and that helped with the right knee...left knee is still sore so I'll keep working on it...I also did the hamstring stretch, quad stretch and calf/ankle stretch before I left the gym...trying to stay on top of mobility! It's helping a lot....my front squat is feeling better!e
